parse rule not working

We are experiencing below issue where parse rule is not working. can you please guide on how to setup parse rule for below issue. There is a prefix coming with trailing spaces.

Trailing spaces are fixed i checked.

I used below parse rules, however it did not work. (With spaces and without spaces it is not working.)
