Ability to create Subscription Bill Line Adjustment in bulk using REST API

There are 500 plus bill lines in the extended Warranty Subscription product. Due to business processes, each of these lines might have a different amount to be billed. Hence we are looking for a way to enable the business to use somekind of "Tool" that will assist in this. WHile we checked the bill adjustment REST API, it is always looking for BillLinePuid and hence from our analysis is not helpful for a bulk upload. So wanted to know if someone have used any approach to use the below REST API to upload Bill Line Adjustments into susbcription Bill Summary.
