Advanced Collections displaying half buttons, lots of missing data and then kicking out of page

We have found 10 student accounts that have failed to create strategy tasks, there is nothing against the profile, and the change strategy button is greyed out. We were getting only 1/2 buttons displaying on screen in top right hand corner when clicking in Receivables > Billing> Manage Customer >Customer Type = Person> Accounting Number = TXXXX1074. Clicking into the account number for tuition but now its kicking us back out to the receivables home page screen.

Has anyone else experienced anything like this?
