RSSP reassigned requisition still showing in original requester's My Requisition List

I logged in as User1 and reassigned a draft requisition to User2

The requisition is then meant to be removed from User1 My Requisition List but it remains displayed, with the Entered By updated to User2 - is expected language here "Entered By User1"?

I then logged in as User2 and the requisition was correctly showing in their My Requisitions List.

Is the expected behavior for User1 to still see the requisition in their My Requisition List or should this disappear for User1 list completely?
