Requirement:

We are planning to automate the periodic update of prices in Oracle Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA). The process will handle approximately 5,000 to 6,000 items per batch and requires no manual intervention.

Business Logic:

  1. Data Retrieval: Fetch the item price from Purchase Order (PO) lines for each Procurement BU by period.
  2. Calculation: Derive the average PO price based on the retrieved data.
  3. Update: Apply the calculated average price to the respective Blanket Purchase Agreement.
