Hello,

Can anyone help me understand when the IRC_Intrv_Reminder_Interviewer is sent out? Our manager got the notification two days before the scheduled interview at a random time and I'd like to understand when this should be sent.

I have the Send Interview Reminder scheduled process running every 15 minutes per Oracle's recommendation.
