Impact of posting detailed Sub Ledger Line Level journals to GL from a source

Summary:

We have implemented certain Custom PASS process related to Revenue Recognition for Sale Order Fulfillment wherein we are generating Item Revenue and Freight Cost related accounting journals for each order line shipment line combination and these accounting entries are posted to GL using Journal Source "**** Revenue Management". Currently this source constitute more than 85% of all journal lines posted to GL from all sources and we have a concern that does it have risk of causing system performance issues when posting detailed GL journal lines.

Pls can you analyze the data volume and monthly data growth to advice if current process would not cause any performance issue in 12 to 18 months or it has a possibilities of such risk and please provide support reommendation. Pls consider last three months of volume from Dec 2025 to Feb 2026 as guidance for month on month data load.
