US Address Validation process

Summary:

We need to understand during new implementation for US payroll , at what exact point we need to run "Address validation for US" process for Location and for person , do we need to run after location load once and again after worker load with address , shall we need to run at different points or we can run after location and worker load with US address .If we are loading address from HDL for US person and after running address verification for person all address has latitude and longitude mentioned shall we go for Run mode .

Same for location address validation if all locations have latitude and longitude reflecting in Address validation report shall we go for Run mode .
