One User has Access to too many Requisitions and Job Offer Letters

Summary:

We have a user that can see all job requisitions and job offer letters on the My Team → Hiring module, not just those for which they are on the hiring team. We have set up this user's roles to match exactly another user but they can still see more than this other user and more than they should.

We were told in an SR that the users can see requisitions and offer letters that users in their "subordinate tree" can see, although we are confused why this would make the one user see everything because users they supervise cannot see everything. It was suggested we use the forum to ask due to us using custom roles, although we saw this same improper behavior with the delivered Hiring Manager (ORA_IRC_HIRING_MANAGER_ABSTRACT) role also.
