Redwood Migration Experience – Challenges and Lessons Learned

Hi Everyone,

We are currently in the process of migrating several HCM pages to Redwood UI, and it has been quite a challenging experience for our team so far.

While Redwood offers a modern user interface and improved user experience, the migration process has introduced a number of complexities, particularly around feature parity, configuration differences, and unexpected behavior in some pages. In some cases, functionalities that were previously straightforward in the classic UI now require additional workarounds or redesign.

At the moment, the transition has been somewhat difficult for our team, and we are still working through several issues while trying to maintain system stability for business users.
