Clarification Required on Course Recommendation Logic in Oracle Learning

Hi All,

We are currently observing that learners are receiving course recommendations which seem to be aligned with their role gaps and manager-assigned skills.

However, after reviewing the configuration in detail, we are unable to identify any direct linkage between:

1.Skills associated with the recommended courses
2.Learners’ job profiles
3.Skills available in the Skill Center for those users

Given that there is no clear relationship between these elements, it raises a concern regarding how the system is deriving these recommendations.

We would like to understand:

1.What is the underlying logic or algorithm used by Oracle Learning for generating course recommendations?
