Link to BIP report in Compensation Worksheet Information not passing parameters

Summary:

We've created a BIP report with additional information for managers and have created a URL so the managers can trigger the report from the worksheet.

We've been experimenting with getting the parameters right in the URL, but none of the documented approaches seem to be working. I would like to know if anyone has had more success than we did in utilizing a report on this page WITH parameters. We want to try to prevent the user from having to select the two parameters themselves, and plan to reuse the report in several other plans.
