"Learning Assignment" Redwood page link from Specialization is not working properly.

Summary:

When we click on 'Learning Assignment' from the Specialization Page, it redirects us to the Learning Assignment Redwood page, where we are again prompted to select the course or specialization to assign to the learner. This occurs even if we initiated the action from within a specialization, requiring us to re-add the 'Course or Specialization' before proceeding.

The first red-highlighted box is the one I am referring to. In this section, we are required to reselect the specialization from the dropdown, even though we navigated here directly from the specialization page by clicking on 'Learning Assignment.' Ideally, this process should be dynamic, allowing us to simply add the user and assign the learning path without having to reselect the specialization
