Talent Review - Best Practice for bottom up approach
Summary:
Hello,
We want to start using Talent Review but we have questions on how to organize the talent review session.
We want the Line Manager to complete the data and the N+1 to conduct the Talent Session.
Then the N+1 submit his talent session.
Then we do a Talent Session for the N+2, the N+2 submit… until the final boss.
My questions are :
- Is it a suitable approach considering that we will have to create many talent review?
- What will happened if a rating is submitted in the N+1 session and then changed in the N+2?
- What will happened if the Talent Sessions are not submitted on the correct order ( eg: N+2 submit before all the N-1 have submitted their Talent session) ?
