Talent Review - Best Practice for bottom up approach

Hello,

We want to start using Talent Review but we have questions on how to organize the talent review session.

We want the Line Manager to complete the data and the N+1 to conduct the Talent Session.

Then the N+1 submit his talent session.

Then we do a Talent Session for the N+2, the N+2 submit… until the final boss.

My questions are :

  • Is it a suitable approach considering that we will have to create many talent review?
  • What will happened if a rating is submitted in the N+1 session and then changed in the N+2?
  • What will happened if the Talent Sessions are not submitted on the correct order ( eg: N+2 submit before all the N-1 have submitted their Talent session) ?
