HSA Account

Summary: Employee enrolled into HSA on 1st Jan 26 Open enrollment. Salary change event occured on 1st April 26. Upon processing salary change all plans coverage, rate got end dated on 31 March 26 and restarted on 1 April 2026. How does this work in interface. first it sends HSA account terminated on 31st march and next file will send to instate on 1st april to reinstate. Business says HSA accounts wont reinstate once terminated. pls clarify.
