Date field in offer letter appearing blank

Summary:

We have added the MOSTRECENTEXTENDEDDATE token for the date field - <?format-date:MOSTRECENTEXTENDEDDATE;'Day, MMMM dd, yyyy';'en-US'?>, and it works correctly when the offer letter template is used directly from the content library.

However, when a recruiter downloads and re-uploads the offer letter template while creating the offer, this date field appears blank and does not populate with any data—even after the offer has been extended to the candidate.
