Requalification not generating in New Response

Hello,

We are currently implementing Supplier Qualifications and, during testing, we sent a qualification initiative to a supplier. The supplier responded, the qualification was accepted and evaluated, and it is now active.

We also use negotiations that include the same set of questions. When a negotiation is created, the supplier’s responses from the qualification are automatically carried over. However, during the negotiation, the supplier has the option to change their responses.

After this, I run the Update Supplier Repository process and also schedule the Requalify Suppliers process. Despite this, the qualification is not automatically requalified. The only way I can trigger requalification is by manually navigating to the qualification and selecting
