Enable Resolution and Outcomes in the Filters for REdwood Case Management

Summary: Standard Fields - Resolution, Outcome, Contributing factors and Measures Taken needed to be available in the Search Filters.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Currently the standard fields for Resolution Outcome, Contributing Factors, & Measures taken (among others) are not available to be exposed for Search on the Adaptive Search configuration. Although the fields are mentioned as "Searchable" in the App Composer field definition.

This results in the need to create CUSTOM fields, rendering us unable to use any of the standard fields & configuration for Resolutions, Outcomes, Contributing Factors etc, and their association with other Case Objects.

We have had this request from multiple clients, where we would like to be able to leverage standard OOTB features, not relying on customizations and maintenance heavy configurations.
