ATP rule assignment based on Customer

Summary:

Currently, ATP (Available-to-Promise) rule assignment is limited to Item, Organization, Category, and Item & Organization combinations. There is no option to assign ATP rules based on Customer. We would like to explore if there is any standard functionality or workaround that allows ATP rule assignment at the customer level.

We are working with ATP rule assignments in Oracle and have observed that the system supports rule definition based on the following dimensions:

• Item
• Organization
• Category
• Item & Organization

However, in our business scenario, we have a requirement to assign ATP rules based on specific customers. For example, certain customers should follow a different ATP logic (e.g., stricter or more flexible availability checks) compared to others.
