Edit access to job requisition

Summary:

We have a recruiter persona where the users are assigned custom hiring manager role and review requisition role. these roles when assigned independently to the user are not giving access to edit job requisitions. But the combination of these roles are granting access to edit job requisition.

We have make sure no edit, update & delete aggregate privilege or FSP is part of the review job requisition role.

Navigation: My Client groups > Hiring > select an existing job requisition

Can anyone suggest why this edit access is coming with the combination of the roles?
