Not able to edit Requisition post PO cancellation

When i try to edit requisition post PO cancellation it get cancelled automatically.

I tried to edit requisition in 2 methods post PO cancellation.

1. Requisition Approved > Open PO > Cancel PO > Withdraw requisition ——> Requisition cancelled
2. Requisition Approved > Open PO > Cancel PO > Return Requisition lines——> Requisition Cancelled
