I'm wondering if any user has had experience syncing multi-select picklist fields between Eloqua and CX Sales? The challenge here is that in Eloqua, the delimiter for the multi-select value is "::" and the delimiter in CX Sales field is ",". There isn't any native option in either system that allows users to change the default delimiter. Hence, syncing multi-select fields seems to be impossible natively.

Is there any workaround or best practice that anyone has found successful?
