Best Practice for Journey Configuration: Global vs Country-Specific Journeys
Hello everyone,
I would like to gather insights and best practices regarding the configuration of Journeys in Oracle HCM.
We are currently evaluating two possible approaches:
- Global Journey with country-specific tasks
- A single Journey shared across all countries
- Tasks differentiated using eligibility criteria (e.g., country, legal employer, etc.)
- Separate Journeys per country
- Dedicated Journey for each country
- Full control over localization and process differences
Our goal is to understand which approach is considered best practice
Has anyone faced a similar decision?
What approach did you adopt, and what were the main pros and cons?
