Specific user assigned with Payroll Administrator cannot view the Reports tab in UI Dashboard.

Hi Experts,

Does anyone have experienced that there is a specific user which was assigned by Payroll Administrator role but cannot view the Reports tab when clicking the Dashboard tile in Others tab?

When we try to assign the role to other users, they have the expected view and access in the Payroll Admin Dashboard report. No other roles was assigned to those we've tested aside from the Payroll Admin role only.

We have also checked the report if there is a restriction for the specific user that cannot access the report but didn't find any.

But when we sign in as that specifc user and send the link of the report to it, it can view the report via the analytics page. So we are wondering why it cannot view the report in the UI of the Dashboard tile.
