Is it possible to Add a Filter for Category to the My Knowledge Page?
Summary:
As a Help Desk User, the requirement is to add a filter to the My Knowledge Page so that you can easy filter articles by "category". By default, there are a filter for "Business Unit" and "My Favorites", but can we add an additional feature for "Category"?
