Recover Document Records after Pending Worker Relationship is Cancelled

Summary:

In Oracle Recruiting, we had a candidate that accepted an offer, then converted the candidate to pending worker. The new hire had started the Onboarding Journey, however, part way through the process, the business cancelled the pending worker relationship and moved the new hire back to Oracle Recruiting through cancelling the pending worker relationship. Therefore, we can no longer find the Pending Worker in HR Core and can only use the Candidate in Oracle Recruiting to find any data related to the offer.

When this happens, how can we access the Recruiting Document Records that were stored in Document Records for the Pending Worker - specifically the accepted job offer stored under the Recruiting Job Offer Document Type? And how do we access the Journey document records that were created and stored in Document Records?
