Summary:

Oracle has noted that support has been added for Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave balance data. For OPTE only, the interface now supports separate tax codes when either the employee or employer is exempt from Minnesota SUI. This enhancement applies to both quarterly and periodic files and includes the following tax codes:

  • MNFLISX_EE
  • MNFLISX_ER
  • MNMLISX_EE
  • MNMLISX_ER

Does anyone know which specific balance needs to be populated for the new tax codes to appear in the Third‑Party Quarterly Filing Extract eText file? I tried to check the "Minnesota Paid Family and Medical Leave" but this balance do not exist.
