No Launch Button After Implementing 26A and Redwood Interface


After implementing the 26A update and enabling the Redwood interface, we’ve encountered an issue with course access.

The “Launch” button is no longer visible. Instead, we only see “View More Enrollment Details.” When we click on that link, the active offering is displayed, but there is no option to launch or take the course.

Additionally, some previously added courses do not function correctly. When attempting to launch them, we receive the following error message: “An error occurred while loading the content from the content server.”

We have a significant number of courses to upload and learners ready to take them, so this issue is quite urgent for us.
