OPTE - County Tax Information and marked exempt but still withheld what configuration should be used

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Summary:

We have an employee that needs to be marked exempt from the MD county tax also (they are exempt for state). We have selected Yes for Exempt from County Income Tax withholding but that tax is still being withheld. We still want the wage accumulation but not the tax withholding.

The county tax is reported under the SIT for MD
