This post says that starting in May 2026, we will only get tax and geography updates via US OPTE (https://community.oracle.com/customerconnect/discussion/921364/immediate-action-needed-enable-the-enhanced-us-payroll-tax-engine-in-production-by-april-2026).

Want to be completely certain as we may need to uptake US OPTE a bit later than originally planned but still before the June 26B upgrade in our Production environment.
