How to populate transaction date in AR Interface with Timestamp

Summary: User preference time zone is UTC-5 Eastern Time, server Time zone is UTC, sales order is shipped on 1/19/2026 2:16 pm, Invoice date - 1/19/2026 but Fulfillment line details > Actions > Billing shows Invoice date as 1/18/2026 7PM. (it is converted to UTC-5 and displayed here)

AR Interface:
Now the expectation is can we pass Time Stamp to Transaction date in the AR Interface so that when it converts to ET while displaying in Fulfillment line details atleast it won't show previous day. We know that Invoice date only hold Date and no Timestamp. But still wanted to check if there is any setup or customization can be done using service mapping and algorithms to achieve this functionality.
