Offering Content field is not editable once an activity is created

Offering Content field is not editable once an activity is created.

steps :

Create an activity. Edit the activity. Try to update "Offering Content". The field is greyed out.

Navigation : home > my client groups > learning > course > open course > offering > open offering > activities > edit > offering content [greyed out not able to edit]
