Custom Balance Not Appearing in Payslip XML Despite Correct Configuration and Run Balance Execution.

Summary:

We are facing an issue where a custom balance is not appearing in the payslip XML.

We have created a custom balance “CS Total Worked Hours for Payslip” with Assignment Run and Relationship Run dimensions, configured the required balance feeds from the relevant elements, and also created the balance group and balance group usage. We have run the necessary processes as well, but the balance is still not getting reflected in the payslip XML output.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? Is there any additional configuration required to make the balance available in the payslip XML?
