401k deduction taking paycheck to zero with not funds left for taxes

Hello Payroll friends,

Have any of you ever encountered in Oracle where an employee has 80% 401k contribution and other pretax deductions (Medical, Dental, Vision) and once those deductions are withheld there isn't any money left for tax deductions (Social Security, Medicare, State, County, ect.). I have two employee's this is happening too and I'm not sure how to address this within Oracle.

Any thoughts?
