Generating Record 0150 (Participants/Suppliers) in SPED Fiscal (Bloco K) via LACLS_SpedInvBlocoK
Hi everyone,
I have a question regarding the Brazilian Localization for EFD ICMS/IPI, specifically concerning the generation of Bloco K (Inventory and Production Control).
Currently, we are using the LACLS_SpedInvBlocoK solution/concurrent program to extract and submit the Bloco K file to the Brazilian tax authority (Receita Federal).
Our current extraction is successfully generating the following hierarchy of records:
- 0200
- K200, K220, K230, K235
- K250, K255
- K260, K265
- K270, K275, K280
- K290, K291, K292
- K300, K301, K302
The Issue:According to the SPED Fiscal Practical Guide, submitting Record 0150 (Participant Master Data / Cadastro do Participante) is mandatory whenever third-party information is involved in the operation. In our Bloco K scenario (e.g., third-party manufacturing reported in record K250), we need the supplier/participant data to be declared.
