Career interest list change notification - not working

Hi Team,

For the below notifications, the worker is not receiving any notification. Did you face anything similar or could you guide me in the right direction if I am wrong here?

  1. Worker receives notification when a job profile in interest list is changed.
  2. Worker receives notification when a job profile is added or removed from interest list.
  3. Manager receives notification when a job profile is added or removed from worker's interest list by human resources specialist.

So, for 1st and 2nd notification, I went to Me - Grow - then searched for the job profile and added them to careers interest list or removed them, but worker didn't receive the notification.
