Talent Profile Item Expiry Notification- Not working

in Career and Succession

Expected behavior:
Workers and their managers should receive a notification when a talent profile item (such as Membership, License, or Certificate) is about to expire or has already expired.

Issue observed:
For example, when a Membership profile item is created with a start and end date, and the end date is today, no notification is triggered for either the worker or the manager.

What we have checked so far:

  • The relevant option is enabled under Talent Notifications.
  • There is no notification template available in Alert Composer for Talent Profile Item Expiry.
  • There is no scheduled process related to Talent Profile Item Expiry notifications.
