how to trigger manually Request More information second time for Document Type

Summary:

Recruiter change the document status to "Request Candidate to Resubmit". We want to send RMI second time so that candidate can provide the properly scanned documents.

We have configured RMI through CSP and it fired first time and candidate receives the notification. Then candidate attach all the required documents and submit the request. But when recruiter change the document status to "Request Candidate to Resubmit". In Manual action Request More Information the previously submitted RMI is not coming in the List.


As per oracle document

"It's triggered as a normal process through manual trigger" this RMI should be coming in the List but it's not!
