Hi,

We would like to confirm the best practice for configuring Career Sites in Oracle Recruiting for multiple legal entities.

Our questions are:

  1. Is it possible to separate external Career Sites by Legal Employer / Legal Entity in standard Oracle Recruiting configuration?
  2. Can job requisition postings be separated by Career Site based on Legal Employer?
    1. If yes, is there any standard functionality to default or control which requisitions are posted to which Career Site according to Legal Employer?
  3. Can Career Site branding, especially logos, be differentiated by Legal Employer?
  4. What is Oracle’s recommended best practice in a multi-legal-entity structure:
    1. separate Career Sites for each legal entity, or
