Enable “Account Holder” Field in Personal Payment Methods for All Countries

Summary:

We have a requirement related to Payment Methods, where users can enter one or more payment methods.

Currently, employees can enter their IBAN, but for European countries there is no field to specify the account holder. This field is available only for some countries (e.g., India).

However, we need employees to be able to enter an IBAN that may belong either to themselves or to a third party.

Also, since October 9, 2025, the Verification of Payee (VoP) regulation requires the account holder to be indicated and verified for bank transfers.

Is there any plan to make the “Account Holder” field available for all countries, or are there any suggested workarounds?
