Encrypting performance documents

A few weeks ago, we noticed that encrypting PDF files printed from Oracle is no longer possible. This applies to performance documents. Now, when we print them from Oracle, we see a warning stating that the file has limited permissions. Does anyone know where in Oracle we can find the settings to change this and re-enable the option to protect the file with a password?
