Automate to untick the eligibility box and remove allowance effective date

Our customer wish to explore if there is a smarter technical way with an automation to untick the eligibility box and remove allowance effective date for children when they turn 21 years old and has no special dependency in Oracle fusion HCM benefits. By doing so they do not have to update to untick the eligibility box and/or remove allowance effective date for these children turning 21 years old.
