Summary:

Can we use the scheduler API (ex ess/rest/scheduler/v1/requests) in HCM cloud environment and what are the perequistes for this. We have tried

ess/rest/scheduler/v1/requests?q=state eq “RUNNING”

and get

405Method Not Allowed

Is this security related? We did not found any information about rules and permissions in the documentation.
