Issue with Opportunity Marketplace page configuration

Hello Team,

Is there any way to change the configuration of an opportunity marketplace after opening an requisition.

A DFF is created for a field called US Person and for that values are managed in Value list.

Now in the marketplace for US Person Value is taking up instead of description from the value list.

Eg: Value: Technical and Description: U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen.

Now the requirement is when candidate opens any requisition to apply in the field value: Technical is populating instead of above description.
