Requirement: Bidirectional Data Sync for Project in VBCS Extension and Oracle Fusion
Context:
We have a requirement to build a custom application over VBCS extension to support creating and adjusting Projects in Oracle Fusion. Users can initiate project creation from the VBCS UI. After creation, the same project record may be updated either in Oracle Fusion or from the VBCS extension.
Problem Statement:
Because project updates can occur in both places (Fusion and VBCS), the VBCS UI can show stale data unless it regularly refreshes from Fusion. We need a recommended Oracle best-practice approach to ensure VBCS always reflects the latest Fusion source-of-truth data, while also handling concurrency and update conflicts.
