Supply Source/Deliver-to Location not working as expected in Purchase Requisition Redwood screen

Hello,

I have two organizations:

Org Code	Org Name	Deliver-to Location (Location Name)
LOG	Hutchison 3G Logistics Austria	Gebrüder Weiss BR52
H3G	Hutchison Drei Austria GmbH	Wien 1210 Brünner Straße

I need to create internal requests from LOG to H3G.

Requirements are the following:

1. Default Supply Source = Hutchison 3G Logistics Austria
2. Default Deliver-to location = Wien 1210 Brünner Straße

If I set in the user preferences, deliver-to location = Wien 1210 Brünner Straße, the Supply Source defaults to "Hutchison Drei Austria GmbH" (not what we want, we want Default Supply Source = Hutchison 3G Logistics Austria)

If I set in the user preferences, deliver-to location = Gebrüder Weiss BR52, the Supply Source defaults to "Hutchison 3G Logistics Austria" (what we want), but then Deliver-to location is defaulted to Gebrüder Weiss BR52 (not what we want, we want Default Deliver-to location = Wien 1210 Brünner Straße).
