Unable to view previously submitted form data when an activity is moved to a future date in OFSC
Summary:
A customer has a requirement where an activity is assigned to a technician for today’s date (current date). The technician does not perform any status transitions (Enroute, Started, or Completed), they only submits a form linked directly to the activity on the same day. After submission, the form data is correctly visible in the Form Submitted section of the activity for today’s date (current date).
However, when the same activity is later rescheduled to a future date, opening the activity and checking Form Submitted section displays the message “There are no form submit results yet” . The customer expects that previously submitted form data to remain visible and available independent of activity rescheduling or the date on which the form was submitted.
