USOPTE - Future Dated Location Address Not Available in Address Validation Process output

We ran the Address Validation Process (Address Type = Location, Verification Status = Unverified, Mode = Draft) as part of enabling USOPTE.

While reviewing the output file, we noticed that location records with far-future effective dates are not being included. However, when we ran our custom report—which pulls both current and future records—those locations were present.

Is there a date threshold or cutoff (for example, locations effective more than 90 days in the future) that would prevent future-dated locations from appearing in the Address Validation Process output?
