Business Rules User Interface not working properly

The Order Management Business Rules UI is not responding consistently and often becomes unresponsive in our internal test instances.

In many cases, clicks do not register on the first attempt, requiring multiple clicks to open or navigate within the page. E.g: Order Approval Rules UI
