when creating the requisition – the posting description should default from the position’s profile

Summary:

when creating the requisition – the posting description should default the position’s position profile description. This is working fine for position’s where position profile is available. However, for positions where position profile is not available it is auto populating job profile currently. This was not our requirement. If there is no position profile then the posting description should be blank.
